Carbide tooling with CVD coating increasing it’s wear-resistance. Very good durability. For finishing/roughing on steel and steel castings. Suitable for continuous cutting and light interrupted cutting. Can endure high temperatures. Wet and dry processing.

Negative insert with 80° rhombus shape and MD chip breaker. Double-sided.

Feed per revolution fn(mm/rev): 0.12-0.5
Cutting depth ap(mm): 0.8-3.5

Best recommended for mild steel, but will also do for stainless and exotic (heat-resistant) alloys.
